   The most miserable service I’ve ever received. I was 15 minutes late to my MOT due to having a heavily pregnant wife and toddler. As soon as I pulled up I saw the staff clock I was late and smirk amongst each other. They finally came to the desk after 5 minutes wait and said I was too late and the best they can do is 2 weeks time. I understand I was late but the concerted smugness is what I can’t abide. That and every time I’ve been there, the staff are absolutely miserable.

   The person who fitte my tyres is very knowledgeable and honest and concern about the condition of my car. He tried to tell me that the left front tyre is still good. Which I appreciate as someone like me who is not so much into cars, I was just told by the mechanic who checked my MOT that I need to have that fixed but I said I will have it fixed but not with him. All in all, GREAT job!

   I was able to easily book my appointment for all 4 tyres to be replaced on my car. I was greeted on arrival and all my requests were listened to and carried out to my satisfaction. The work was completed well and in good time. The vehicle was handed back in a very professional manner.

   Terrible Customer Service Booked a Groupon Mot and Wheel Alignment Check Walked in to “we won’t have time for your alignment check” No manners or good morning. You also can’t get through on the phone and when I had to book in my retest I had to drive down to be told we are too busy and then have to rebook for another day. Had they have done the alignment check I paid for and never got I would have purchased at least one possibly two £250 tyres and had my alignment done. You are losing profit through your terrible attitude.

   Very poor customer service when trying to book a tyre change in person. The staff member was impolite and seemed inconvenienced by my presence. Only able to book a job in a weeks time. I did book the appointment but subsequently cancelled as I found an alternative cheaper, more timely and most importantly a more pleasant provider. When I rang to cancel the appointment the customer service operator was similarly impolite and unpleasant to speak to.
