I have to be honest to myself, the lady on the desk bordered on rude and very abrupt. I used this shop but would never use again. I got the feeling I was being given cart parts for free. I would hate to return any goods to this shop it would be a nightmare. Politeness costs nothing and this lady really needs customer service training. I do not wish to offend, that is not my aim. I am very sure if this person received the same sort of service as a customer I am sure she would be unhappy handing over cash and left feeling tottaly unappreciated as a customer.
It serves as a last resort and finally got what I wanted. But..... front counter was not overly helpful... and quite rude to be honest. The sales team clearly don't communicate very well and made the whole trip a lot more difficult than it needed to be, a simple few questions would have made my visit a great deal easier. I'm sorry but there's a huge lack of product knowledge when it comes to something as simple as a battery.
