   Unfortunately I cannot recommend this garage due to the poor sale of a used Ford Focus 12000 miles 69 Plate. This is due to the very poor condition of the car which was not stated on auto trader. Such as the level of dirt on the car, green seals, heavy amount of break dust on the front alloys and clumps of dirt all under the seals. Plus the damaged bumper and heavily scratched interior console. I travelled 3hrs for this car and pre booked deposit 6 days before arrival. So they had plenty of time to fix all errors with the car. I also paid for a ceramic coating. When I arrived the car had all the issues above and dirty. The car appeared to have been ceramic coated onto dirt. On top of all of that they still thought I would buy it with all of the issues. After addressing these errors both sales and the manger confirmed these would be fixed. So a week later we arrived hoping these would be fixed. Only the bumper and scratched interior appeared to be fixed. But the presentation of the vehicle was still dirty, green seals, heavy amounts of break dust on the alloys. What made it even worse they only provided a quarter tank of fuel even know I travelled twice and over 12hrs of driving for there previous mistakes. This was soon mentioned by my dad who got them to put more fuel in. Saturday and Sunday were spent actually cleaning the car which should have been done before. Having to remove the wheels from the car to clean the alloys with break dust remover and get all the dirt off. This was the worst presentation of the car I have ever seen and negatively affected my weekend. Please stay away from this garage

   This is the 3rd used car purchased from TC used cars, 1st time trading my old Ford & was extremely pleases with the trade in price, i purchased a Ford Direct car, for the 1st time and was very pleased with the spec, i decided to go with, i was offered out the 3 vehicles the best spec. Jethro from the Sales team looked after me throughout the whole process was professional and answered every question that reassured me on my final decision. Excellent handover on new car day. From my experience buying from a main dealer you are guaranteed a good car, and you get the continued support if you take out a maintenance plan.
