Have used these guys a few times in recent years. So far they have been excellent and seem to be a trustworthy garage.
Amazed and thrilled by once in a lifetime priority service from riverside service promise, where i got the car from 6 months back including warranty and service pack for additional 1200£ for peace of mind atleast for 3yrs. And you'll experience the priority at its best , BUT AT UR OWN RISK n U WILL NOT HAVE ANY HELP when it's needed forget about the peace. And apparently sales and service teams are different!!!!! And as suggested by ur sales team who instead of acknowledging and addressing my problem asked to change the review!!!! I did the unfortunate thing of trusting the priority service and car needed a battery change in less than 6 months - they charged me 300£ with no warranty mentioned on the bill taking around 3hrs ,same job in halfords ,came to know later (200£ with a 5 yr warranty). And then starts the priority care ,with car breaking down on the same day. Needed emergency rescue and again mistake of taking it to the priority service as they put the battery in. Couldn't fit it until few days only to report fault as a battery sensor problem and claiming money from warranty. It dint work and was left stranded, no proper communication, came to know I had move it to another place at my cost from one of the sales team members!!!!! PRIORITY. The garage where I got my car fixed for - less than an hr - reported Poor battery fixing with loose attachments n coding inappropriately. WONDERFUL - almost they kept my car for close to 2 wks for a fault created by them at a higher comparative cost. Their PRIORITY service pack mentions lot of things- winter/summer checks,free valeting, courtesy car ,n many more!!!!!!... When asked for a courtesy car they say - it doesn't happen on drop of a hat- with availability is in January!!!! (PRIORITY). Forget abt the others not even checked tyre pressure which was low ,fuel tank was full when I left - become half in 2 weeks time , probably evaporated!!!, few scratches who knows what happened during the 2 wks period, between the 2 towing episodes. Overall costing close to 1000£ ,2 wks and ongoing wastage of time n mental stress . Thanks a lot for the amazing priority service.
Quick efficient honest service received from Riverside. 2nd time used their expertise and will continue to do so. Not the cheapest but very competitive. In my experience great service and quality work rank higher than cost. Always ring back and update. Will definitely use again if required.
Brilliant mechanics, i've been a few times now and they're friendly and approachable. I've had Clutches/Flywheel/tyres/Brake pads & Discs/MOTs all done over various visits. And they're totally honest, other garages have advised on things needing doing to get it through it's MOT (totalling £2100 and offering a 3 month payment plan) that's when I found these who advised it was all nonsense and just needed my tyres doing and it passed with 1 advisory. Other visits have always been the same, honest advice even if it may not be the most expensive option for me. I've pointed friends and colleagues their way and they've all had the same experiences. Excellent service and very helpful. My bonnet latch stopped working 2 days before my MOT. After frantically phoning around different garages with little joy, Riverside said they had no problem having a look to see if something has got stuck or if it was a bigger problem. So arrived and within 10 minutes they had sorted the issue for me. Great service and would recommend.

Fantastic, quick and a good price for my car repair. The personal service I received was second to none and being able to have a courtesy car to be able to get on with my day was brilliant. Plus they informed me of a few issues that may cause concern later on but wasn't pressured in getting them fixed - Will defiantly be back for future repairs - totally recommend
