Car needed reg plate lamps fixing prior to MOT. Was told no problem have fixed this issue before. Car failed MOT on reg plate lamps, called 3 days later after hearing nothing from them, was told come and get it, its sorted! Great! My partner called in to pay and pick up key and was told it hadn't passed mot due to them not fixing lights???? A total waste of £50 and my time. Disgusted with the total lack of service.
I have been coming here for around 10 years now with both my Audis and always get a great service. MOT booking procese makes it so easy and test is carried out on time and it helps that they can carry out most repairs at the centre. Thanks to the wonderful team.
Quoted a ludicrous number to replace something that clearly did not need replacing. After taking the car to a different garage they told me the real problem. This garage is run by scammers trying to upsell parts and labour that is not required to vulnerable adults who don’t know anything about cars. AVOID!
