   This garage took advantage of my situation after I placed trust in them to help me in a time of need. My coolant hose burst and I could not move the car from where it was, luckily, the Burton Autos garage was right next to where I was so I managed to get the car to the garage and I was told they would be able to fix the problem. I paid £460 up front with the confidence the problem would be solved and I wouldn't be ripped off. A week later, my car was still at the garage, I had no communication or updates, had to constantly chase, and whilst I received the car back from Burton Autos, the coolant continued to leak. I have now taken the car to Mercedes and asked them to look at the issue and they confirmed that not only did this garage not change the part, they simply wrapped the leak in electrical tape and sent me on my way after I had paid them for parts and labour. I went away for the weekend when the leak was still present and the garage could have caused a serious headache for myself had the tape on the coolant hose come off whilst I was driving on the motorway. I've contacted Burton Autos for comments/ a refund and I've had no response, no apology and no refund. I'm now having to deal with this matter via Trading Standards and a Small Courts Claim. I'm not one to call people out usually but I'm absolutely disgusted and appalled at how someone can do this to a customer who placed faith in them. If you have any common sense, please do yourself a favour and do not use this garage, they do not know what they are doing, will take your money anyway and absolutely cannot be trusted.

   I had a very bad experience, my car was not fixed. I still had same problem and got it fixed else where. I was charged a very high price for nothing and I kept reaching out to them but they did not respond or care about my car. I informed them and yet no refund nor did they fix my car. I have my receipt and text evidence. Still no solution , a complaint unresolved and not attended to. They kept mute and dont want to take responsibility. I have been cheated and my funds taken for No service. I am not happy at all.

   When my car had a fault with my add blue, after calling round many garages that was not interested, I called Burton Automotive repair centre, and with out hesitation they quoted a very reasonable price beings as it was almost 30mins from them in Marchington for the repair and had me back on the road I no time, I will definitely definitely be using them again with out hesitation.

   I had an issue with an electrical connection and couldn't find any auto electrical places that were available, then I can across Burton Automotive who were able to book me in within a couple of days and quickly found the problem, fixed it and charged a reasonable price! Will definitely be using again for my MOT/Service in a couple of months!

   Cannot thank these guys enough for helping me out. Rung them up about a concern with my vehicle and managed to get down to them straight away for them to have a look, gave me a diagnosis and told me to drop my car off the following day where they had ordered all the parts and had them ready to fix my car, fast, reliable, helpful service, kept me in the loop and were eager to get it done…couldn’t fault them.    Fantastic service and really fairly priced. Burton Automotive Repair Centre have done a fantastic job on my Citroen Relay Campervan with a full engine rebuild. They sourced a great price for the new engine , had it collected from our address kept me updated throughout the work and got everything running like new in time for our holiday away. Would definitely recommend and will be using them for all MOTs and services on the van in the future.
