I've previously had very bad experiences with different garages not completing work they claim to have done. So I decided to give waterloomotors a go and I can honestly say I've never been more pleased with the service I've received I've definitely had a 5 star experience and would highly recommend this garage. outstanding experience.

Not the best experience. I took my Ford Focus in for a clunking noise and was charged £54 to tighten some bolts and replace a clip on the CV boot. They suggested that if the noise returned, I’d likely need a new lower control arm and CV axle — a repair costing over £300. Unfortunately, the issue was still there when I drove home. I then visited another garage, and they diagnosed the problem as loose engine and transmission mounts. They tightened those up, charged me £30, and the clunking has completely gone. The lads at Waterloo Motors seemed friendly and I don’t believe there was any bad intent, but the misdiagnosis could have led me to spend hundreds on parts I didn’t actually need.
I am most impressed with the service I recieved from this garage. I bought a car off the internet and just wanted a check to make sure there was nothing dangerous. At short notice I was fitted in to their schedule. Daniel gave the car a very thourough check. Would recommend highly

Great garage. The lads never try to rip you off, they're very fair on pricing and give you an honest assessment. I moved into the area recently and was looking for a garage and I've been back here now multiple times. I'll continue to make this my go to garage!
