I am very happy with the service and work carried out on my Mini Countryman. Firstly the communication and responsiveness was great from a customer point of view. The guys clearly know their clutches, the problem was diagnosed quickly, and even though they were busy, (and it was a big job, including sourcing rare parts) they got my car back to me when I needed it. Drives better than before. Thanks guys.
I was referred to the Burton clutch centre and was told they are the best and most reputable in Burton. I thought I heard my clutch kick so I took my car to get it looked at. These guys were really honest with me and they told me no work needs to be done and went to collect the car the next day, I was not charged for anything. Could have tried to upsell me something or charge me for the diagnostic but they refused. Really positive experience and come across really honest.
