Long story short, this mechanic will tell you that 30 milliAmps was a larger number than 2 Amps and that the numbers are very close together. Please stay away from this mechanic, he will only experiment with your car, he may be able to change a part for a part as he has the tools to do the job but overall does not know what he is talking about.
