I had what I suspected to be an alternator issue and called UNIT 4, they explained they were very busy but would be able to test the alternator for me. 20 minutes later, they had ruled out an alternator issue, and fixed the issue (Loose battery connection). They didn't even want to charge me as it only took them 2 minutes, which says a lot about the lads there. Absolute credit to Burton and if I was a local, these would be the guys I'd trust. Took my car in for MOT and full service. Let Gav know on arrival of some issues that I was already aware of. These were sorted swiftly and car passed through mot with no problems. Lovely guy who is very knowledgeable and honest.

You know when you find that mechanic that is honest and you can trust......well Gav is your guy. I took my vehicle to him on a recommendation from a colleague, wasn't sure at first as you are when taking your car in for the first time to someone new, but I can tell you that I was highly impressed with the work that Gav had done and the customer care. Very thorough and shows you all the parts that he takes off, will keep you in the loop regarding work so you have no nasty surprises on picking up your car.
