   I recently had the pleasure of visiting this garage for repairs on my coil spring, a service, and an MOT, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I called them to when i walked in, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. What really stood out to me was how they treated me with respect and didn't make me feel out of place as a woman. Having dealt with a bad garage in the past, their professionalism and positive attitude were a breath of fresh air. The repairs were done efficiently, the service was thorough, and the MOT was completed without any issues. I highly recommend this garage to anyone in need of automotive services.

   Steven was awesome. Saw my car instantly to review the issue. Gave me a very good quote for a link exhaust pipe and and the car fixed at a time which suited us both.    If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Honest and reliable. If they don't answer the phone first time (very rare) they ring you back immediately. You aren't made to feel like an inconvenience, they are so nice and will take the time to explain everything to you. Very accommodating and will try and get you in as soon as they can. Always happy to leave my car with them as long as they need but each time they've been finished with the work way earlier than I expected. You never have to chase them up, they will let you know the work is done as soon as it is. I've had MOTs/services/air con and brakes done there and always happy with the service. Highly recommend!!

   I went to Cool Cars for the first time today after receiving a recommendation. My wipers had stopped working and I was desperate to get them fixed. I called first thing this morning and they offered for me to bring the car straight in so they could assess the problem. Not only that, but they were able to locate the part and fit it in the same day! They were so incredibly friendly, super helpful and very reasonably priced. We will most definitely be using them again and massively recommend them! Thank you so much again!

   Until recently I had my car serviced at this garage. Last Friday I broke down in Swadlincote and at my request the recovery vehicle took the car to Kool Cars. It was 4.0 pm when we arrived but I was told that as they shut at 5.0 pm they would be unable to have a look until the following week. They were not working on any other cars when we arrived and all mine needed in the short time was a diagnostic check. The recovery driver dropped my car off at my home address. On the following Monday a mobile mechanic came to the house and within 5 minutes had done a diagnostic check and no further repair was required. I was disappointed with the lack of interest shown by the garage who seemed more occupied with finishing for the weekend. In response to the garages reply I ask why was no mention made at the time that the diagnostic equipment was being used or that another customer was booked in. They have prepared a reply around my experience which would be more believable if said at the time. They certainly didn,t live up the hype on their website and were not prepared to go the extra mile in an emergency. As to the comment I had been satisfied in the past. I totally agree which goes to show they are not willing to help regular customers outside their comfort zone.They know what took place. End of.

   Had a problem with a broken caliper. Popped in to check availability and they fit me in straight away. Had the car no longer than a few hours at really short notice. Good communication and price for the work. I have used these several times previously and I have always had great service at good prices. Honest garage which are hard to find nowadays.
