   I changed my tyres not long time ago at this garage and so I thought I might call them to get my windscreen washers fixed ( I own a car that the whole plastic lot have to be taken off and I can't do it myself) . Over the phone ( I phoned them on Sunday) whoever I spoke with said he will have to order it on Monday and will give me a call back to arrange the appointment. It's been 3 days, I didn't get a call back and I genuinely think, the MAN I spoke with didn't take me seriously ( if he did, he would call me back by Tuesday or Wednesday give me any update ). So I must say this garage doesn't seem to be female friendly ( at the reception on the day I had my tyres changed the guy who was sitting there also seemed like they've put him there as a punishment, very off putting.)

   Came to change two tyres which I ordered online, to be told by a very kind staff that they don’t need changing yet. He even arranged for a refund to be made immediately. Thank God for still kind and honest people around, hard to come by these days.

   Absolutely spot on service from Dan at Derby. Took my Citroen Dispatch van in for a full service and brake fluid change and couldn't be happier. The lads stayed after time as they were running a bit behind on the day so I could get it back the same day. I'll definitely use them again as the price and service I received was top notch.

   Booked in for new tyres and when I turned up was told that there were no fitters in!! Had to re-book and when I came in the guy had a bit of an attitude and said that fitting would take a while despite not appearing to be busy at all. So tyres fitted but I don't think I'll be rushing back.

   I don't leave many reviews, but on this occasion felt it necessary as my car was left unsafe following the fitting of new tyres. Balancing wasn't carried out (even though it is charged for), so had a knocking sensation when driving. They also take more effort in adjusting the stereo, seats and playing with the cars dynamics switches, rather than doing the job they are meant to be doing.

   Booked and paid for an MOT online at this company. Took a day off work to take my car in. Arrived 15 minutes early as requested. Only to be told I’d been double booked. Not only that but they couldn’t fit me in until 6 days time. By which time my MOT will be expired. Won’t be going here again.
