   Booked a diagnostic for my car, was told I needed a catalytic converter replacement booked it in for almost 2 weeks later. When I turned up they said there's nothing on the system booked in.

   Terrible company would not use again Charged £450 for an offside wishbone after driving away discovered the main bolt holding the wishbone was only half way in! They blamed this on agency staff. Took it back tightened up but now a rattle comes from that side also was told tracking had been done. Purchased new tyres at £100 each for the Mot before this work now offside tyre worn excessively on the offside of vehicle. Head office ignoring my emails but replies quickly when I email from other address. I have receipts photo and video evidence so will be reporting to trading standards as the vehicle was dangerous after MOT was completed. Taking this to small claims court I advise head office reply to my email within 24 hours or I’m taking further

   Went here through eTyres for replacement of 2 rear tyres which cost just over £300. Job took 2hrs, then found the fitter had put the correct psi in one tyre (around 35) and 47 in the other!! Totally incompetent. Mechanics seem more concerned with chatting and making brews than working. Would not use again

   Used to be my go to garage for service, mot and other work until last year. One mot had an oil leak on as advisory which was not mentioned in the retest an hour later, when I asked the mechanic (a guy I'd never seen before at that garage)about it he told me it was coming from the sump. ( bearing in mind they still did an oil change on it) I took it to another garage for a second opinion nothing wrong with it. (Cancelled the work with them) I also paid for a gold service and was told that since my car did not have air con, they would do some tracking in place of a regas at a later date. When I called up to arrange they wouldn't honour it. Wouldn't go back there. Seems to be hit and miss if they rip you off or not. Always get a couple of quotes from the smaller independent garages now.

   First time here and it was excellent service I was booked in for 10:30 and I was away with my oil and filter changed very efficiently at 11.20. The cost of my 2.2 ford ranger oil and filter change was £90, where as my local ford dealer wanted £160 . If you are the sceptical type of customer no worries you can watch them doing your work through the reception window while having a free coffee. I picked up a leaflet while I was there for a full service and it seems very reasonable so will be going back. Thank you very much.
