Fantastic service by the team. Had my partners car in for two new front tyres but I also needed my back tyre looking at for a slow puncture. The guys happily fit me in as well and did the repair despite being busy. Great bunch of lads and my now goto garage after an extremely poor experience at Jeffreys Performance Tyres. Highly recommended
Very very poor experience at MOT. Flagged several non-issues to try to get some more £££ and refused to do MOT due to “Low Oil” levels, even though no engine oil light on and spare oil was available in the car. Went to another well-known High Street garage and passed with flying colours. 1* given as can’t give 0. On reading other reviews, it appears this is a common occurrence at this garage and needs to be seriously reviewed by FormulaOne management. Can only positively praise Reece for his good customer service when sorting our brakes out during a previous visit.
I'd ordered and paid online for a pair of tyres and booked in for 11.30. The guy on the desk apologised, they were very busy and running late. I went for a coffee over the road returning about noon, and they were just taking the car inside. I waited in the waiting room (very clean and tidy), and was on my way in about 20 minutes. Despite the delay, the turnaround was swift, and I noted the work area was clean and well organised. I would use this centre again. Staff were polite and on the ball, if temporarily overwhelmed.
My wife had her RR Evoke booked in for a tyre replacement. Reece was superb - we had expected to be paying for at least a repair or a new tyre but thanks to his skill and ability, we were so pleasantly surprised when Reece said there would be no charge as the tyre didn’t need either a repair or replacement. Thank you so much, Reece for going the extra mile and providing 110% customer service.
Booked car in for air conditioning service the guy allocated was over an hour late. I didn’t need up getting it done as I would have been there all morning. Asked them to look at my exhaust as the clamp was blowing. I was told there was a break in the exhaust I would need a new one quoted over £500. Took it to another garage changed the clamp Said the exhaust was fine charged me £15 .
Booked my vehicle for new brake pads at this new garage next to Farm Food. Upon inspection they advised that discs also needed replacing. They were right, previous MOT had advisory. Took their advice and had them also replaced. Took them just an hour to do the work, costs were reasonable too. Many thanks to Shaun and his team.

Excellent customer care. Sourced and changed tyre on my Tesla after flat tyre this morning. Competitive price too. A big shout out to David who went over himself to a nearby tyre dealer to get the tyre so that this could be fixed as soon as possible!!!
fantastic 10 out of 10 im a 71 yr old pensioner called in to get my car sorted spoke to james and dave they did my suspention and driveshaft lovely chaps they made me a cup of coffee as i waited in reception just over 1 hour later it was done wow they also checked my engine oil washerbottle which was blocked they sorted that and gave my car a full inspection at no extra cost probably one of best garages i have been to in 50 yrs of driving would recommend them to anybody i will certainly be calling back in the future thank you once again
After removing the first wheel fine, the locking nut key snapped on removing my 2nd wheel. I asked if they would remove my last two locking nuts (as surely they have a tool to do this and be able to do this quickly as it must be a hazard of the job) and I would sort new locking nuts out from Ford. Tyre Tech was really nice but the when the Manager go involved, he wanted to charge me £100 to remove the two .. I simple no probably would of been better.
