The chap on the counter (didn't catch his name) was great to deal with and very professional. The guy that did the balance did a cracking job as well. Therefore started using ProTyre for services etc and have had an even better experience. This garage is extremely busy due to the popularity and that's because they clearly have a passion for what they do along with strong knowledge of their field. I dropped by on Friday to show an issue my car tyre had picked up, spoke with Neil who straight away dropped everything to come have a look. He booked me in for the next day. On the Saturday I arrived and was offered drinks while I waited, more people came in with punctures etc and they were open to helping everyone. The issue itself was extremely hard to spot but Neil took the time exhausting every avenue until he had the solution. A great service all round and I fully recommend.”
