I found Jason to be a thoroughly decent bloke and his knowledge on mercedes is second to none. He kept me updated, sent pictures of the issue's and did a great job in rectifying problems with the fuel injection system after a sub standard repair at another garage. It's definitely 5 stars from me.
Had my car booked in for 19th August, which I’d booked in, back in May!!! Arrived at garage, all shut up, waited over 1hr no sign of anyone!!! Tried calling past 2 days & no answer at all!!! I’ve even left messages that HAD BEEN READ, no response whatsoever! My money is obviously not good enough, even though I have spent a tidy amount with them before!!!! Poor customer service is an understatement!!!! Certainly won’t use again!!!! Some people don’t understand common courtesy!!!!!

Took my car here for diagnostics as the engine light had come on. The fault was quickly diagnosed and fixed. Very reasonable charge. Professional and friendly service. Highly recommend!

A couple of weeks ago Jason's garage solved a serious mystery engine issue on my E220 for a reasonable price and even rang me a few days later to check everything was still good. I'd recommend his garage to any mercedes owner...
Great people Jason and Mark know there stuff. Both ex Mercedes main dealer technician's. Will warn you though they are always very busy so book in advance.
The best independent Mercedes engineers I have ever used. Nothing was to much trouble and when the car was returned to me it felt and drove like a new vehicle.
