    Called in on the off chance to get a daylight running bulb. Matthew in the shop didn't know which type of bulb it was and asked me to go into the garage and ask for Ethan who could tell him. Ethan removed the bulb (after taking various bits and bobs off to access the bulb housing), got a replacement and fitted it there and then. Excellent service and a great price too!     TO THE OWNERS REPLY-I had my track rod ends replaced at formula one (Why would they look at my tyres, when all i asked them to do was replace the track rod ends).....then I took it back to YOU who "retested" and PASSED the car. Literally 3 weeks ago. (Uploaded the MOT certificate as proof. It is you who is being untruthful! How much can you wear a tyre in 3 weeks driving a few miles to work. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY. Your replies to you customers om these reviews speak volumes. Today my tyre blew on the motorway with my 2 year old daughter in the car! The AA service recovery (who has over 15 years experience, with quick fit TYRES) came and stated that the tyre blew because it was completely bald, to the point where the elastic was showing. MY CAR HAD "PASSED" ITS MOT 3 WEEKS AGO! With no advisories regarding tyres. I asked if the tyres could have worn down like that in 3 weeks and he said it would be impossible! I rang park motors and explained the situation and the only reply I got was "Well all I can say is, he is not an expert" it does not take an expert to see how worn these tyres were. Picture uploaded of how worn the tyres are. I am just lucky that this situation did not end worse, me and my 2 year old daughter could have died. I trusted my car was safe having "passed" its MOT with these "experts" however the tyres weren't even road legal. I am saddened and shocked at the response I got and not even an apology. Will never use park motors again and I would strongly advise ANYONE to use FORMULA ONE just 1 minute down the road.

    This place has really gone down hill.Had my partners car for 2 full days charged over £300 and still not even fixed the problem. Good job I never went to pick it up as I would of refunded to pay, Just shocking service and not got a clue there anymore take your car elsewhere. If you want you car to get fixed and if you need it back quickly as they will hold it all day without giving you any updates.

    Great service, lovely staff. Garage recommended to me by colleague as only down road from work. My MOT had to be done by 28.6.23. I got to Park Motors just after 2pm and asked if they could fit me in and I collected my car when I finished work the same day. Thanks to Matthew for being professional and helpful. Thanks also to Andy the mechanic who did the MOT and was a lovely fella too. Definitely my go to garage now.

    Not had a good experience with them, they work on bearings as my tyre went stuck in the wheel arche and still making horrible noises.

    Shocking service had my car since 9am advised me it would be done for just after lunch time called several times throughout the day chasing to see when it would be ready then at 14:30 in the afternoon they then tell me they’ve started the work it’s a joke they can’t give you an accurate time they don’t give you any updates they are rude when you try to ask them on the phone. I would advise if anyone is thinking of going to this garage for any repairs or an MOT not to bother
