I have used this body shop a few times over the last few years, mainly to get a few bumper scratches removed before my company car goes back . Also had a more extensive bumper repair done on my own car in October this year , just cosmetic, not structural , but the work was first rate , you can't see any evidence of a repair . Would recommend..
Had a challenging problem with the media system on our Renault KADJAR. Phil went out of his way to diagnose & solve the issue. Have used this company a number of times previously for servicing, MOT and general upkeep of our vehicle we have always found them efficient, polite and extremely helpful. Had a problem with water leaking into the boot in a ford focus, the car had been to two garages and they were unable to sort the problem out. This has been ongoing for 6 months and was driving me nuts. Took the car down to this garage and within 2 mins of arriving they had identified the problem and sorted it out. Very polite and took time and explained what the problem was. Very impressed by the level of service that we received and would very highly recommend this garage to anyone.
Recently had my BMW wheels refurbished and the quality of the work was excellent, I returned a week later as the drivers window mechanism had failed and the guys fit me in at short notice (same day), replaced the parts at a competitive price and nothing was too much trouble. The garage is spotless and the service is second to none, the lady on reception (Kate) even made me coffee whilst I waited. Great work folks, keep it up.
Recently repaired my accident damaged car at a reasonable price and without having to wait weeks for an appointment (the job price actually came in less than the original quote!). Staff were really friendly and helpful throughout. Workmanship appears excellent. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend.
