“First time trying here, 11:30pm I ordered my food and within 20 minutes it was at my door. The kebab meat was great quality, with fresh salad and plenty of mayo. The chocolate flip is the best one I've tried from any takeaway, just perfection in every bite. To top it all off the delivery lady was friendly and really lovely. Perfect experience.”

“Ordered some golf balls in the black Friday sale. The tracking link didn't work and i didn't receive my order. I phoned customer service and spoke to a very nice man called Matthew who looked into the problem and quickly found the issue to be with the evri delivery he then checked stock and dispatched some more golf balls with DPD. They arrived the next day. Excellent”

“Having used the pharmacy last weekend to get my flu lab I am surprised with the negative reviews. Whilst not suggesting other comments are not justified in their own experiences the service and friendliness I experienced was excellent. Often a visit to a pharmacy is due to illness, pain or condition so tensions can be high so any issue at the time can generate negative attitude but my visit was a good one, hence my feedback”

“I never have a problem with this location. The people are always very helpful and go out of their way for me. I was going out of town and needed my perscription before I left. There was a mixup with the order I made using the online form. Which was 100% my fault. I was so surprised and happy they were able to sort it out before I left!! Monisa is always smiling and helpful! However she really went over the top to ensure I got my medication! She is a fantastic example for fantastic customer service.”

I visited our Well Pharmacy at Orford, Tuesday 15 July & was greeted/approached by a lovely meaningful Lady named Lisa, who dealt with my particular needs. On occasions I have been in the shop & witnessed her customer service which is next to none & exceptional in to today's ignorance of some staff, she's in control & puts customers first.
