“Total joke. Customers stood waiting while the woman at the till took forever to find a parcel and handed the other customer a parcel that was not her's, and the manager hid in the back stuffing her face instead of helping. Pathetic service.”
Went in for a few bits on Sunday evening the the gentleman and lady working there were very helpful and polite, Gave this a 3 star as the smell in the store was fowl and the potholes are more like a trench for war. All in all great experience thanks to the staff if crossing by again I'd go back in.
Plenty of ales available. Decent cakes for a decent price. Gift cards and sim cards available. Got a Costa machine and an outdoor locker for evri, dpd, royal mail and ups. Can still get a 6 pack of crisps for a quid. Sim cards and cheap enough big bottles of water. No shortage of tic tacs. Only downside no music in here.
Avoid. They keep wasting my time, accepting my deliveroo orders just to decline them after 30 minutes.
Always go in for a spot of lunch, nice range for the meal deal! Drinks sometimes empty but make do. Staff friendly and helpful
Need to adjust opening times as I got there at 6:15am, opening times says open at 6am but was still closed. +1 for professional reply. -1 for selling milk with only 2 days left on it.
Need to adjust closing hours to 9.55 online not 10, walked in at 9.50 to pick up one item to a lady staff holding the door shut and to be rudely told that I was very lucky as they close in 2mins. I said that’s strange it’s only 9.50? To be told they in fact close at 9.55...I’m all for staff wanting to leave early after a hard shift as I’ve worked in retail before but won’t be going there again as the staff are beyond rude
Unhelpful rude staff do not get anything delivered here via collect plus as they will just tell you that they can't find it
Been there tonight beer In fridge was actually hot asked assistant for some not in fridge no issues. When pay informed price was 1.50 more explained not so as price still advertising offer. She checked this paid lower price won't be going back
Can't grumble at the place, generally has a decent amount of stuff in to make it the worth the visit. Prices are what you'd expect from a conveniently located convenience store. Plenty of parking round back too and has a useful cash machine for all those times you need it.
