Ordered a whoosh delivery that didn't even turn up! No update nothing! Had to ring customer service to get a refund!!!
Staff haven’t got a clue. Women on the till didn’t ask for my club card, asked me for ID for a scratch card at the age of 23 and being in my work uniform and my car keys in my hand. Total was £23 I gave £40 then found the change in my pocket but she wouldn’t take it and told me it had already been done. Not hard to pass me £20 back and take the change and isn’t it standard procedure to ask for a clubcard.
Caitlin was exceptional tonight and Chris also fabulous. Both staff members couldn't have been more helpful. Caitlin overhead my conversation about no sugar bread and offered to go look in the back at 8 pm sat night, absolute star both of them deserve a pay rise credit to the company. I will be in next Saturday to check they had their pay rise. Don't let us down tesco! xxxx

Love this store, terrific friendly staff who are always so helpful. Range of produce is excellent, fresh veg always great, nice selection of wines and spirits, in fact most every day items. Top marks

Nice place to shop with friendly staff
The staff are very good but they are not all the most engaging people. There is, however, a young man called Ste who makes me feel like a valued shopper. He really has a positive attitude and I like shopping there when he is on shift
