“I visited the store today and spoke to Paul regarding purchasing a pair of shoes. He was absolutely fantastic, really helped me with everything from the fitting of the shoe. to explaining to me the process of how the shoe was made, and how to keep the shoe in good standing. Paul was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and no question seemed too much, it felt more like purchasing something from a long time friend than a simple business transaction. This is my first purchase from Loakes, but after the service received today, I can safely say it certainly will not be my last.”

“Went today to check if they had a bike in stock and any availability to build it. They said they didn't have the bike in stock. When we said the other Halfords had it in stock but no availability to build it. They said there were quite free the young man at the till said we would need to pay the build at the other shop but they could assemble it for us which I thought was really nice. “A HONEST PROFESSIONAL GARAGE!! I took my Mercedes A45 here on a recommendation and after being told my track rod end on the drivers side was seized and needed replacing. Mercedes weren’t interested in checking it out and instead gave me a quote of £800 for the replacement of the two. (Not sure what they were replacing them with at that cost)? Dean at Chester Auto Service checked both plus the full suspension and gave the car a full check over and said it was in mint condition with no issues at all and no £800 cost. lol If you want a professional garage with professional HONEST staff then I would highly recommend this garage. I now won’t be going anywhere else. Thanks again.”

Very competitive prices and even if a job cost a little more here I know I can trust them to do a good job. Highly recommend.”
