I recently went to the clinic to get a B12 shot. Whilst there I learned a lot from Michelle about how to deal with my vitamin deficiency. A follow up email was answered quickly and will hopefully make my vitamin deficiency a thing of the past.

So happy I found Michelle, I have been having weekly injections for B12 and Biotin and they have been fantastic. Michelle is so knowledgeable about a lot of health conditions and this helped me also. Michelle is caring and and this comes across in all my appointments. I have recommended the clinic to friends and family and would recommend to anyone. Michelle is such a warm welcoming person. This is the fist time ever for me having a B12 injection and I was understandably a little anxious but all of that soon disappeared as soon as I met Michelle. Michelle also listens to your problems and seems genuinely interested and wants to help you get the best from your B12 jab, very informative I wasn’t expecting a great deal from the injection but because I’m so bloody curious I had to try it. I had a gastric band fitted over 5 years ago and really struggle to eat properly so I eat sliders ( food that dissolves fast like chocolate ) no red meat at all as I end up bringing it back up. Michelle was horrified to learn that my band provider and my own GP hard never warned me that I would need a B12 injection at all. Anyway I had the jab Tuesday evening and by Wednesday tea time I was messaging Michelle to thank her so much for the support and giving me the shot. The energy, get up and go and the much clearer thinking I had had compared to the day before was absolutely unreal. I’m able to get up on a morning refreshed I’m not sleepy all day I’m moving a lot more and my house is looking clean and tidy. I just cannot believe I have missed out on so much and felt so uurghh for so long. This is something I intend to keep up with as the results are just amazing
