Had my Skoda Enyaq in with Saunders for its first MOT, where it passed with 2 advisories (a tyre that was very close to the permitted limit, and one that was damaged). Roy from Saunders contacted me with the news and clearly explained the advisories to me with no pressure to get them fixed. I decided to get the advisories remedied (otherwise I know that I would forget!!), and they were able to fit me in on the same day. I have used Saunders For Service for many years as they provide excellent quality of work, superb service, and very keen prices. Fantastic service yet again from Phil and the team at Saunders For Service! I used to take my Renault to the main dealer for servicing and MOT's but finally got tired of getting half truths about what needed doing to my car. At Saunders you get an honest evaluation of what exactly does need doing at a competitive price. Even delivered my car home despite the very short notice I gave them. My sister in law recently went for her front brake discs and pads on her audi A1 2012. Long story short they told her that the cam belt needed doing and that they would put a chain on instead of a belt.. This doesn't make sense. You can't just swap a belt which runs on pulleys for a chain which runs on sprockets. Also when she drove it home the engine lights were on and the car was mis firing / limp mode. She got someone else to check it over and the coil pack was loose. Very dodgy . I think they've took advantage of a young girl. Avoid.
I've been coming here religiously for about 8-9 years, after being ripped off by many other garage's and service companies. I've found the team at Saunders to be really trust worthy, and honest, they can't do enough for you. All staff are so friendly, and talk you through any issues in an understandable way, without jargon. I'll never go anywhere else now, thanks all for looking after me and my car :)
This is a brilliant garage. I have been going to Saunders for a couple of years now, after it was recommended by my dad. They are extremely helpful, honest, and professional, and work is always done at a very reasonable price. I will only ever use this garage now; and I can honestly say that as a lone female this is the only car garage I have been to where I feel completely comfortable. I cannot fault the service at Saunders, they are always great and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

A very professional garage. They are honest and always a delight to deal with. They have worked on my personal car, my farthers and now my wife's. The lady at reception is a delight and you can tell they are a great team that get along and have a laugh.
