I had come into store a few months ago and had a really bad experience with another member of staff who was really rude and only interested in selling products that would benefit him rather than what I needed so I left. This time I dealt with Peter and it entirely changed my opinion on the store! He was so kind, he wasn’t at all pushy and actually suggested products that suited me and what I was looking for. He was very professional and let us look around before buying unlike the other guy. Peter was very helpful and explained everything to us in detail so we could make an informed decision that was best suited to us. Thank you peter ☺️
Great Service and expert knowledge. We were served by Alfie who was very polite, and had expert product knowledge, he listened to our needs, despite us changing our requirements several times. We finally made our choice and Alfie processed our order with ease.

Using the automatic mattress sizer was useful, makes sure I was getting the right size. Excellent experience in store. All the better for having such an excellent member of staff to help me.
We were just looking different shops for the bed and mattress for our spare bedroom. We went in Dreams and Michele greeted us very kindly offering drinks and introduced different types of mattresses and base units of bed and showed us where they are. We were so happy with her knowledgeable introduction so we bought whole set of bed frame, mattress,headboard and pillows. We highly recommend!

Called into store was greeted professionally by a young lady who enquired what sort of bed we wanted showed us a bed which was fantastic but advised we looked at others to be sure. We settled on the original went to deck to sort payment and delivery details had a very nice cup of tea. Sorted delivery date and from then on was kept up to date on progress of our order. One of the best customer experiences I've had, especially with such a big company. Unfortunately had to cancel an item due to the lead time on delivery for a particular product but the service I received was extremely quick, easy and efficient. There was no pressure to order another item which made me actually want to order from the company again! Very friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely order from this company in future, purely based on the customer service.
