   Outstanding!! I was extremely worried about my eyes, which had been severely inflamed for good few days. I was let down by GP couple days prior this visit, who mistaken my bloody, itchy, sore to touch eyes for conjunctivitis. I walked in to Vision Express desperate without previously booked appointment and I was seen within 5min by optician who then referred me to a specialist for the following day at the hospital. The team went over and above with their care ensuring I'm being seen as soon as possible, by an ophthalmologist as a precaution. Thank you Vision Express Chester for the outstanding care❤️

   The people in store are always really pleasant helpful and informative always open and honest always helpful when choosing new glasses. The accuracy and professional manner from the optometrists nothing is too much. The only negative is the design of the store its really only designed for average size people in height and width The tables are too close together so its difficult to move and sit on the chairs the specs draws open so you can't stand behind them or no one can walk passed. I am in a chair so the whole thing is not disabled friendly including the really heavy door with a upward slope

   My partner purchased glasses and sunglasses today from Vision Express. He had a prescription from a different branch of Vision Express, and the assistant manager, Peter, who dealt with us, was excellent! Peter found the previous exact lenses from my partners existing glasses and made recommendations on the options for the new pair. Nothing was too much trouble, excellent customer service, and a very knowledgeable member of staff. Highly recommend Vision Express in Chester!!
