   Excellent service, I’m part of their eye care plan which covers my eye test, provides me with a free deglaze (because my eye sight has changed in the last year) plus I was able to have a new pair of glasses for only £1 a month more than I am paying today (over a 2 year period)

   I couldn't praise Joanne the optometrist at the Vision Express-Broughton store highly enough. My right eye was very painful and bloodshot. After visiting my GP surgery, my doctor recommended me seeking professional advice from an eye care specialist. Joanne diagnosed my eye disorder promptly, recommended a course of treatment, that thankfully is showing signs of recovery. She has a lovely caring kind hearted nature & is I have recommended Joanne to all my family & friends. I definitely have found my optometrist for life.

   Terrible experience with inconsiderate and incompetent staff that offered ludicrous methods of contact lens application. Seemingly under-qualified staff combined with the consistent cancelling of appointments and incorrect supply of prescription means I will not return. If only I could offer a lower rating than 1 star.

   A thoroughly Professional and friendly service. Martin, the Optician I saw, was efficient, informative and reassuring about my vision and managed to do so without ever straying into the Dark Arts of Occular Science, The lady who performed the preliminary parts of the eye test was equally helpful, friendly and efficient - her name escapes me. I was seen at the appointed time and the entire experience was absolutely seamless. Based on my experience there, I would recommend Vision Express, Broughton. Who knows, I might even go back soon for some new specs! Thank you.
