   Just received a call, Saturday morning to say a part that was in stock and i pre ordered now isn’t. Caller id withheld, what am I meant to do with that information as I missed the call ? What’s the point? Then 2 mins later get a message saying it’s ready to click and collect? Sort yourselves out ! Also if there’s a problem the customer care team don’t work Saturday and Sunday which isn’t great is it ?

   Really working hard to win on pricing which makes a big difference when you spend a lot. The website search is pretty awful, especially if you are using a mobile phone. I do have seem to have quite a few issues with mis-picks so check your order before leaving the store. But overall they get 95% of my business on tidbits etc.

   Customer Services say its OK to take it back to exchange faulty Grinder as they have one in stock & he will reserve it for me - shop say they know nothing about it - don't have one in stock & none available at warehouse - total waste of time as wudnt upgrade me so I had a grinder so got money back & walked out of door & into Screwfix next door & bought one

   I have been going in here almost since the day they opened. The present manager Mike has done a great job assembling an excellent team. Along with Phil, Jess, James, Gemma and oldie but not mouldy John they give all the customers great friendly service, always with a smile and time for a quick bit of personal chat. It is a pleasure to buy from there, they go out of their way to help and make sure we trades have what we need to do the job. Exchanges and refunds are always smooth and hassle free.. Would all retail stores be so professional and helpful with a personal touch, life would be better. They're a shining example of how it should be done. 5 stars guys!
