   Staff have no interest in helping or advising customers. Seems like they just can't be bothered at all. I've not had this experience in other area's so won't be using this branch again.

   Needed some reinforced wire to hang some outdoor lighting. Not only did I receive 100% customer service, but simon and yvonne went out of their way to assist me in making sure I had everything I needed to complete the job. Everything was in stock and the price was unbeatable anywhere else. Staff like this are a credit to any establishment. Thank you simon and Yvonne for taking the time to help me out. I'll be shopping here a lot more!

   Great service in this nice new store - I was served by the manager and she was great. She really knew her stuff, and was so polite even when I clearly didn't know what I was talking about haha! They also had a much bigger range in stock than competitors - and cheaper prices too. I will be coming back for sure.
