Needed some help with some lightbulbs, Aaron was very helpful and went above and beyond to get me a suitable product. You don’t often get this excellent level of service in retail so well done Screwfix Queensferry you did brilliant!!
Good service but I’m disappointed that the mask wearing policy is not been enforced. Majority of customers seem unable to mask up, follow arrows on the floor or keep their distance. All staff had masks on.
Fantastic service from all the staff i got everything i wanted with in minutes. All the staff are very knowledgeable about instore products. Covid 19 rules do apply you must wear a mask in store and follow guidelines.
Very friendly and genuinely helpful staff, particularly so since the new measures have been put in for COVID-19. They manage to keep the stock levels right as well, I've never had a problem getting whatever I need from here, and I'm a very frequent visitor.
