Wilko has been my favourite store for many years. It's always my go-to store for all household items. The staff have been so kind and patient with my special needs. The early opening hours have been very helpful, too.
The worst shop ever I would never ever walk near that store after my daughter's experience in that shop, my daughter and her friend got followed by one of there 'workers' but when she told staff they said she was over reacting and then her friend claimed that the same guy followed her an her other friend in another store. In fact if I could give it a 0 star review I would.
Who doesn't love Wilko!!!.better quality than it's cheaper competitors ..at good value.

Very poor stock levels, a lot of empty shelves, it has really gone down since my last visit just before Christmas.
Great choice, friendly, helpful staff, all the tills were on, everything is nicely put out and displayed its very clean and tidy, Over 2 floors, Great prices, Highly recommended
Got all my DIY tools hear for my new improved basic tool box also bought all my emulsion and gloss and brushes to start my decorating as I'm revamping my whole flat for the better
I absolutely shopping at Wilko for the price point for its great quality.
Great location in the centre of Chester. Two floors packed with everyday items, reasonably priced kitchenware, bedding and lots more good things for the home, plus some nice Christmas decorations upstairs. Bought some stationery at a really bargain price. The shop was very busy but the queue at the checkout moved quickly and the staff were very polite, helpful and friendly.
Staff were absolutely lovely, the lady could see that we had lots of stuff because we were getting loads of things for uni so she helped us pack it all up and offered for us to leave it in the back and pick it to later with the car. Everyone at the tills was very smiley and nice and the man in the storage at the back was lovely too. Thanks Wilkos!
