I love this shop, I've moved into Hoole and find myself needing all sorts of bits and bobs, anything from rawl plugs, a socket set to some linseed oil. They give great advice, have a fantastic range of products and always welcome you with a smile.
I don't think I've ever left a review for a shop before but just want to say how brilliant of a shop this is, how friendly the people who run it are and how good their selection of products is. I am the least hardwarey person in existence but whenever I don't know where to get something from Hoole Hardware is incredibly helpful! Thank you!
In a world moving more and more towards the death of the high street it is a genuine pleasure to have such a wonderful hardware store in Hoole. Richard is a wonderful owner, knowledgable, friendly and a great neighbour. A great edition to a fantastic village
A shop that’s been in Faulkner Street for many years but recently refurbished and I presume under new ownership/management. A blast from the past of a really great and well stocked old school hardware shop with a lovely new outdoor mini garden centre at the back too. Love it, it has all the weird stuff you can’t usually find, has lovely staff and is kind to both humans and especially dogs! Highly recommended, shop local!
Most useful local hardware shop - helpful owner and staff. A useful range of tools and household goods - with a surprising wide range covering most needs (although, sadly, out of stock of Pink Elephants!). This top local store is highly recommended.
This is a bit freaky - my mobile seems to know I went to Hoole Hardware 5 days ago and has asked me for a review! So here goes. I go here for my DIY needs and is well stocked. Staff are helpful and this local shop fits in well with the Hoole community. Recently under new management and they are finishing the process of refurbishment.
