“I visited the store today and spoke to Paul regarding purchasing a pair of shoes. He was absolutely fantastic, really helped me with everything from the fitting of the shoe. to explaining to me the process of how the shoe was made, and how to keep the shoe in good standing. Paul was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and no question seemed too much, it felt more like purchasing something from a long time friend than a simple business transaction. This is my first purchase from Loakes, but after the service received today, I can safely say it certainly will not be my last.”

When we said the other Halfords had it in stock but no availability to build it. They said there were quite free the young man at the till said we would need to pay the build at the other shop but they could assemble it for us which I thought was really nice. “Ordered a blazer and a PE top late on in the summer, received email to confirm blazer is ready and not the PE top (not an issue as have a back up). Email stated I needed to download an app to check status. Didn't want to as no room on my phone, so emailed them.... they replied quickly to confirm status. And even dropped off the blazer at my house (originally opted for collect from store). Been using this shop since my daughter started Primary school, she's now in Year 8. Can't fault the service.”
