    Called in & bought a pair of Scarpa Terra GTX women's boot to replace an older pair of Scarpa Trek GTX. At the till we talked to a member of staff (sorry did not get a name) & recounted the reason for having to buy a new pair i.e premature failure of the mid sole. He suggested it may be worth contacting Scarpa to see if there was anything they could do. Long story short I did so & Scarpa will repair under warranty. So many thanks to the member of staff who did not need to help us but whose advice proved very worthwhile. And of course my wife now also has a brand new pair of boots!

    This is a great store. Went in to review a tent and was pleasantly surprised by both enthusiasm, helpfulness, knowledge if the staff. The young lady gave excellent advice and ended up purchasing not only the tent, sleeping bag, thermarest support, MSR Pocket Rocket, chair and bits. This is how shops should be. Well worth the visit.
