Big thanks to the young blonde haired girl (didn’t get her name) who helped me and my son with some jeans tonight. We had absolutely no idea what we were doing but she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up ordering online (in store) to get the style and colour my son wanted. Really appreciated the help and advice.
⭐️ One-Star Review ⭐️ Levi’s Store – Cheshire Oaks I visited Cheshire Oaks yesterday full of festive spirit — the lights were beautiful, the atmosphere was joyful, and the wonderful carol singers from Catholic High School in Chester were the highlight of the day. Their voices filled the walkways with the true Christian spirit of Christmas, and they were collecting for charity — exactly what this season is about: kindness, community and giving. Which is why I was absolutely stunned by the behaviour of the Levi’s store. These lovely young girls were approached by a member of staff and told to “keep the noise down.” Noise? It was Christmas carols — not rowdy behaviour, not disruption, just heartfelt festive singing in support of a good cause. To witness a major brand show such blatant disregard for the joy of Christmas — and for children doing something positive and charitable — was deeply disappointing. It showed a complete lack of humanity, community values, and yes, Christmas and Christian spirit. There are many places to buy a pair of jeans — and I will gladly support those who support the community. Levi’s at Cheshire Oaks will not be receiving my custom again. A boycott from me, permanently. What a shame — and what a terrible example to set during the season of goodwill.
The staff here are excellent. I can't think of any other shop that comes remotely close to this store for its customer service in all departments - knowledge, helpfulness finding the right fit and best jeans that suit. At the checkout too - friendly, happy to have a chat and engage. Whoever manages this store should be proud - such a refreshing change and a huge vote for buying in person and not on line.
I had a great shopping experience today, thanks to Alioyah. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and had a very pleasant attitude. Because of her excellent service, I ended up buying six pairs of jeans and two T-shirts. I truly hope her manager recognises her value and gives more opportunities to dedicated staff like her. From now on, I’ll definitely be shopping here regularly.
We visited the Cheshire Oaks store on Tuesday 7th Feb to purchase a pair of 501's for my husband. The lady looking after the changing room advised my husband on alternative styles which led to him purchasing a more suitable pair of jeans. The assistant showed excellent product knowledge and great skill in assessing what was suitable. We would like to thank her for the excellent advice she provided
Very helpful staff. Although we missed out on the best discounted jeans £100rrp £70 outlet, limited number, styles and sized being sold at £45. For those who have the right sizes left for you, they still have some available, go and grab one. We weren't lucky this time my son wanted 511s, his size/colour was sold out. Even at other times of the year they have a buy two and get further reductions, so keep an eye open, we've seen this offer around end of Jan when it's a quieter time before now.
Excellent service from all staff working on 9th December 2022. Was trying on some jeans and quickly helped by every single member of staff. They weren't too imposing and I tried on a pair, after which I was quickly shown a style that would better suit me and the appropriate size adjustments were made by the member of staff depending on colour and design. Excellent, 10/10 customer service.
