“We have just left after having a 4D scan and we couldn’t have had a better service. Dawn who was our chaperone was brilliant from start to finish. There was room to being all the family and the Sonographer was great at explaining about the pictures we could see and answering any questions. This is our second visit and we thoroughly recommend to everybody.”

“I went in on a whim, only fuelled by the vague but sudden urge that I wanted to have a needle and ink stabbed into me (a tattoo) that day, and had no idea what I wanted to get or where. I spotted the “get what you get” gumball machine through the window, which has a fixed price of £60 and you get a random flash piece. Stefan, who ran the gumball machine was obviously the one to tattoo me, and I’m so glad I went in that day. Everyone there was very friendly, but Stef especially did a great job making me feel comfortable and confident enough to let him do pretty much what he wanted on my leg. It was the least painful of my tattoos so far and it came out super cool! He was very gentle and he’s made a customer for life! Thanks Stef and everyone else at Crown Of Thorns!”

“What a magical shop in the centre of Chester! This is a delightful shop of full of beautiful crystals, clothing and accessories - everything you can think of to gift either yourself or someone else. I went in specifically for some crystals and Faith was knowledgeable and was able to guide me in what I wanted - and there is a price point for everyone. “The most difficult part of ordering in this cafe is not drooling on the pastries, buns and breads that are perfectly displayed along the front. Every single item was picture perfect and difficult to resist ordering them all. The cinnamon roll was amazing, as was the blueberry muffin. Very good coffee too.”

We bought gymnastic leotards the first time we went, they were expensive, but very pretty and have been put to good use! We have also bought jazz shoes and other paraphernalia.
