   This is the second Lambretta shop we have been to in the last 7days. The one in Liverpool is closing down so had very little stock, The person serving us said that the one in Chester is open, as he works there. When we arrived it was shut down. Saying your nearest is Liverpool, that's closing. I'm very angry that a company can not get it's website right what a waste of my time. Get your act together

   Came into Chester bringing my 12 week miniature dachshund in my jacket to buy my 82 year old dad some gifts as he likes the store. To be told no entry and to leave the puppy out in the rain by the lady! Funny the week before speaking to the manager he was talking to me about arranging a scooter rally one weekend to attract customers. Well I think he’s kissed that good bye and future sales from myself and friends! Maybe next time take note of the lanyard I was wearing as she’s a therapy dog in training!!!!!!!!!! Also maybe she could do with being more tactile about how she speaks to others!
