Everyone at the shop was very helpful throughout the whole process, and they always went out their way to make sure we got every small and awkward detail/request we asked for! Thanks a lot.”

“I visited the store today and spoke to Paul regarding purchasing a pair of shoes. He was absolutely fantastic, really helped me with everything from the fitting of the shoe. to explaining to me the process of how the shoe was made, and how to keep the shoe in good standing. Paul was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and no question seemed too much, it felt more like purchasing something from a long time friend than a simple business transaction. This is my first purchase from Loakes, but after the service received today, I can safely say it certainly will not be my last.”

“Ordered a blazer and a PE top late on in the summer, received email to confirm blazer is ready and not the PE top (not an issue as have a back up). Email stated I needed to download an app to check status. Didn't want to as no room on my phone, so emailed them.... they replied quickly to confirm status. And even dropped off the blazer at my house (originally opted for collect from store). Been using this shop since my daughter started Primary school, she's now in Year 8. Can't fault the service.”

“Really helpful staff! I bought a coat from them in April (Ogston lightweight) but unfortunately it had developed a flaw, upon showing the ladies in the store i was told i could choose a replacement or send off for a repair. I opted for a replacement! I chose a 6Oz Sylkoil jacket, the Bristol i believe, and it fitted great in an XL (it's a slim fitting jacket) but it was simply too long. The lady in the store then shown me the Ashby which is the same design, just shorter, it fit perfeclty in the same size, and the length was perfect too, making it really suit me! Love my new jacket, worn it more this past week since getting it than my ogston had in total! Will be back for sure!”
