Today visited Phase eight for an outfit for a wedding. Was helped my Mary who was absolutely amazing in helping me. Bought a gorgeous black jumpsuit, cream jacket, gold platform shoes and a fascinator. It is truly stunning. Thank you to Mary and her colleague for their help.
Visited to try and find ‘Mother of the bride’ outfit. Had no ideas in mind when the lovely Mary came to my rescue! Totally professional help. Had an amazing eye for what suited me and made great suggestions. Came away with full ensemble including shoes bag etc. I can’t thank her enough! My daughter and I will definitely be back.
Popped into Phase Eight, Chester today to look for a wedding outfit. Mary was so friendly and helpful with her suggestions. After trying on one dress, Mary recommended two beautiful jumpsuits, one navy and a navy/white jumpsuit, which I’d never even thought I would suit. I was delighted with her judgement and she provided a navy jacket and fascinator to try also. Thank you Mary and Glo for all your help. I always seem to get fixed up at this particular store.
Visited today with my mum to find an outfit for her to wear for my wedding. Mary was extremely welcoming and helpful! She made suggestions, recommendations, and gave helpful advice. We didn’t expect to find anything but came away with two outfits! Will be back again soon!
Needed a jacket to coordinate for an important wedding I had wonderful style advice and personal attention from sales staff (Mary I think?) There was no sales pressure, she was so helpful, giving me good ideas I hadn't thought about. I went home to ponder, and later came back and made a purchase. If or when I need a nice outfit for a special occasion in future, this will be my very first stop. Thanks again.

Absolutely amazing service from Sophie nothing was too much trouble, I was looking for a mother of the bride outfit and she did an excellent job personal styling getting dresses, jackets and coats in store for me to try. I would highly recommend! Thank you for making it such a lovely experience
I’m looking for a special outfit at the moment and the girls here in watergate street have been so helpful, genuinely friendly and just down right lovely I wanted to say thank you to them. they are all quite young girls and are a credit to themselves and Phase Eight for customer service.
