Acting manager chloe on 13/07/25 couldn't of been more friendly and informative in helping me not only pick the right shoe for me but the right size too. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who values great customer service.
Had Dr Martens boots in the past and they've never worn in properly. Decided perhaps the shoes might suit me better, but didn't like the feel of them on my heel. Tried a pair of boots that looked more comfortable, but they felt the same as my old ones. Really helpful girl suggested a specific style with much softer leather that doesn't need wearing in. So glad I went back as they've been really comfortable out of the box. Incredibly knowledgeable staff and really helpful so earned the company some extra profit and a worthy 5 star review.
The employees don't always properly address they're customers. I was shopping when associate aproched my friend say how comfortable the boots are. I disagreed saying I needed inserts and her response was I must not have the new ones. I walked out without making a purchase. I bought mine in November.
Really lovely staff, was served by a gentleman and after chatting found out we we're both planning weddings. I had gone to the store to get white pair of Docs for my wedding and he very kindly gave me a discount. Can't thank him enough as it made my day! I'd been looking for some for ages.
Extremely professional and friendly staff. Young lady did her best to locate boots we wanted and a gentleman helped us order online in store. Such a wonderful experience not often you get such amazing customer service.
