Very rare a leave bad reviews but the service in there today was awful , 3 female staff on duty to busy chatting and doing dancing movements amongst themselves, nobody asked how the fit was just put the product down walked away !!!! Hope business is good because it’s a struggle on the high street .. shame i would have bought the product.
Came here on Saturday 23/8 just before closing spoke to a helpful sales assistant about my faulty shoes she got the manager Graham . Graham was very helpful listened to my query and ordered me a new pair of shoes with no problem . Very helpful staff went above and behond to help me . Lovely store . Amazing service highly recommend this store . More retail chains should fully schuhs helpful attitude towards customers . Highly recommend this store. Thank you very much .

Returned an item that was too small after Christmas. They offer an amazing 365 day returns policy. Super helpful member of staff in store sorted an exchange for an item not in stock that was delivered to our house the following day. Superb service.

Excellent Customer Service. It’s a shame my son didn’t need more shoes, but I will only buy them from here now going forward, Chloe was fantastic from the minute we walked in, she took her time measuring my toddlers feet and even tried to find me some shoes that I wanted.
