I went in the Moda in Pelle in Chester today as I wanted to purchase another pair of white Abbie trainers which I love. Sarah in the Chester branch went above and beyond for me and ordered them from the warehouse and got them to be delivered to my home address - what a lovely , polite and helpful lady she was.
