“Many thanks to the savior of my bicycle trip around the UK. I walked into the store with my bike I need of new break pads, and although there was no mechanic on duty at the moment, Dave H. was willing to help me on the spot. He did an excellent job and before I knew I was on my way again.”

“Went today to check if they had a bike in stock and any availability to build it. They said they didn't have the bike in stock. When we said the other Halfords had it in stock but no availability to build it. They said there were quite free the young man at the till said we would need to pay the build at the other shop but they could assemble it for us which I thought was really nice. That's was top notch customer service. Something I will remember.”

“Loads to choose from good range of tents and sleeping bags , needed advice on which tent to get for when we go camping so asked a guy called jake who was great help gave us advice on all the tents on how durable the tents were and which ones would be ideal space wise, once we had chose the tent we wanted he showed us where to get the tent from and then said if we needed anymore help with anything to let him know”
