Found it very hard to get around because of steps and disabled and no one helped me. Usual wonderful stock
I'm ambulatory disabled and access isn't great, but there are grab bars and handrails which really help me. The clothes are great, good value and natural fabrics. Staff are brilliant, couldn't do more to help. They even looked for dresses in my size and brought them to me in the changing cubicle. There's a bench or two to rest on.
Excellent staff in this store, very helpful, gave me a few paper bags to put a painting in which ide bought at the Xmas markets. Well done on making my day !
I've noticed this store in Chester, thinking it probably sold good quality, casual and well-styled clothing. And it does. But, venturing in, it was significantly less expensive than I'd expected, and the staff far nicer and more helpful than is usual. The men's section is small but featured a lot of things I could have easily bought - everything stood out as being a cut above. I'm very glad to have discovered it and my first purchase is on its way.
What might match to the look and feel of fabric to impress an adventurous guy. Dare to say everything in this place is of exceptional quality. That guy has to be pulled inside the shop to see it.
I called into the branch whilst on a short break in Chester with my sister. I wanted a waterproof coat and had seen one on the web site. I need a petite size but that was not stocked in the shop. The lovely assistant looked on the computer, found it was available and placed my order. It has just arrived and is absolutely perfect !The added bonus was that it qualified for the in store offer and had £40.00 off the price !! Highly recommended and I will definitely be a returning customer. Many thanks to all the staff for professional, knowledgeable helpful and friendly service x
Very poor customer service, humiliated infront of other customers. Ordered a coat for a family member in store, order put through incorrectly as staff member forgot to add blue light card discount, was assured that when the coat is collected the overpayment would be refunded and the blue light card had been seen therefore we would not need to present on collection, however, on collection staff were incredibly rude and my relatives was made to feel as though she was lying, what a terrible way to treat customers, will think twice in future shopping in this store, what a shame.
I went into the Chester shop hoping to buy a dress and ended up with three. The staff here are so helpful and friendly. I'm planning to go back soon for some cardies .
This must be the nicest shop in Chester. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. I rang to ask if I could exchange a coat I had ordered online and Lindis couldn't have been more lovely and helpful . She not only tracked down the right size and put it aside for me, she also remembered our conversation as soon as arrived, helped me decide on best fit, offered to do the paperwork and return the coat that was too large with a trip to the post office herself (as I had used PayPal so couldn't do a straight swop) instead of me having to take it all the way home and do it myself, noticed the discount that was valid , reminded me of another offer when I bought some sale items as well and set me up with a loyalty card which meant I have another voucher for the future. Amazing ! It was so lovely to hear staff be kind and helpful to every customer that came in , even just browsers . Such a refreshing change to have staff genuinely enthusiastic about their job and with real people skills . Denise has done a brilliant job with the ethos of the shop and Lindis is an absolute credit to the Seasalt brand. Well done !
