   I recently contacted for advice on my car seat as I felt my 16 week old was not positioned in it correctly. I did however explain that the car seat was used previously with my eldest son & it was not purchased from the shop but mamas and papas so aware this was a cheeky request but would be happy to pay for there time! I cannot remember the name of the lady who helped me but they were very kind and understanding that I was a concerned mum and was happy to help for the safety of my baby! I popped into the shop where they made sure it was fitted correctly and also made other suggestions for the car. I also looked into a booster seat for my eldest son and plenty of options. Many thanks for going out your way to help and would recommend in the future

   My review is very late as we brought our pram 2 years ago now but I could not recommend this place enough. All staff we spoke to were knowledgeable, super friendly & went out their way to help up. We paid in instalments & were kept up to date with our order throughout. They even offered to set the pram up for us prior to collection & gave us loads of helpful tips. Thanks so much, we will definitely be back in the future.

   We had an excellent service when buying and fitting a car seat this year. I also went back at a later date for help with a car seat which I had actually bought elsewhere wheniving out of this area. I really needed profession advice at very short notice and they did not hesitate to assist me.

   From the first contact by phone, Vicky made sure it was easy to ask questions and arrange a visit. We arrived to a really well presented shop with an actual demo car seat for child seats as soon as you walk in, which is really handy! Vicky made us feel at ease and was incredibly knowledgeable on the extended rear-facing seat we were interested in, talking us through every feature of the seat and showing us how it would sit with my daughter in it, who was really comfortable with Vicky and sat in the new and unfamiliar seat without a problem, babbling away. We bought the seat at a much better price than we had anticipated and Vicky again took the time to show us how to fit it correctly, with no clock-watching. A thorough and enjoyable customer service based experience. And I really don't usually like shopping! It gave us peace of mind to know the shop has been in business for over 25 years and has a fitting service. It's clear that Vicky is very passionate about her profession. Fantastic service, care, and consideration. Will absolutely recommend

   We visited Prams and Cots Galore a few times to take advice from the staff there. Each time we received excellent service and all the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. The shop is very well organised considering the extensive variety of products and brands they offer. They have a large assortment of car seats and pushchairs you can look at and try for various different budgets. This is a company you can trust to have your best interests at heart, the very personal service they deliver is incredible and you can tell the staff take a huge amount of pride in what they do. All the products we have purchased have been excellent and we are very pleased with them. We could not rate Prams and Cots Galore highly enough! If you are soon to be parents you should definitely go to this shop, you wont be disappointed. Very handy car park just across the road too - great location! Thank you again for all your help!

   My wife and I visited on the weekend. We went in not really knowing what we were looking for, everything is so overwhelming especially with it being our first; pram, car seat, cots, bouncers. There’s no end of choice. We were looked after from the moment we walked in with one of the girls showing us exactly how to use everything and offering her advice on which products would best suit our needs. The staff that work here are extremely friendly and knowledgable. I thoroughly recommend this store.
