I can not sing the praises of this store and whole the team that work there. It's my go to clothes store in Chester. The clothes are well made, beautiful materials, the team are helpful without being pushy and will go out of their way to help, make suggestions and put outfits together that I wouldn't think of wearing. More of this please!
The most difficult part of ordering in this cafe is not drooling on the pastries, buns and breads that are perfectly displayed along the front. Every single item was picture perfect and difficult to resist ordering them all. The cinnamon roll was amazing, as was the blueberry muffin. Very good coffee too.

Excellent staff. They really go out of their way for you. A clean and relaxed store with beautiful items. No pushy sales pitch. Will try their hardest to locate stock. Their store stock knowledge is superb. However, it is very expensive considering the majority of their clothes are made in China. I can't dock any stars for the shop itself, but I feel the company should consider this. Please bring back clothes manufacturing to the UK. At your prices you can certainly afford to do this and help our economy. The quality from china is nowhere near as good as ours. You can see this in the sizing too, there are major discrepancies on the same garment.
My wife shops here but what i noticed is how helpful and lovely the young lady is " she cant do enough for you and chatting away with a big smile and we are there a lot as my wife buys a lot lol ' on leaving the shop my wife always says " shes lovely that young women is its a pleasure to shop there even if you don't buy anything
Visited on Sunday and my wife was really impressed with the range of clothing, such that she tried on 4 or 5 dresses, eventually settling on one to wear for an upcoming wedding. The staff were friendly, but a particular mention must be made of Claire, who was patience personified and offered advice and tips. We shall be back!
This shop has the most beautiful staff and beautiful clothes. Would reccomend as 10 stars but Google won't let me. If you are ever in need of new stitches you need to go to the talented ladies at this shop. Their friendly and kind and will help anyway that they can. Jigsaws clothes are timeless and I am happy to shop there.
