Poor customer service from Marc. Snapped at the lady before me in the queue, did not say please or thank you to anyone I observed including myself and was generally very standoffish and rude. Lets the other good service down.
Great big store seems to have everything under one roof. Great selection of pet supply's. Great garden center
This store really has the potential to be a great store as in a great location and is a good size, however parts of it are so untidy. The arts and crafts aisle is a mess, pricing is really inaccurate and stock just thrown anywhere. Please also make sure to check the dates of any food items, especially if buying from high shelves, I’ve noticed quite a lot of very short dated stock at this store. B&M policy does not allow refunds on any food items, so advise to check before buying as cannot get a refund after purchase, even with a receipt.

Loved this store, so much space inside to get round in wheelchair. One or 2 aisles had a couple of things in but mainly really clear. The shop was so relaxed people were even shopping in pyjamas and dressing gowns. Had to laugh at the parent and child space that had a man and child which was changed to woman and child.
Not as much of a bargain store as it once was but still some fantastic stuff to be found at a better price than most stores if your on a budget.
For a B&M this store is clean, it’s quite big as well. Just a shame that the upstairs signs don’t match what’s up there.
Popped in today for some screen wash, huge store and probably the tidiest B&M I've visited in a while! Lady on the till was very pleasant and made conversation.
Plenty of choice, good location, feels a little crammed at times but it doesn't stop me popping in for a wander from time to time.
Huge store with huge bags of tea bags, if you like a cuppa, get down there. But, they did not have in stock what we were after, even though on line it was available, worth a phone call first.
