Was in last Friday for new trainers, was having knee problems so went on treadmill for some analysis, came up with a number of trainers suitable for me,ended up having the Mizuno wave that were on offer at the time very comfortable, thanks to Hannah for all her help with this.
Went to get myself some proper shoes not really knowing anything. Staff was extremely helpful and listened to everything I had to say. Mentioned that I was having some pains when running; they diagnosed the problem immediately and gave me multiple shoe options to pick from. Very excited to get back out on the run with my new shoes! Thanks so much for your help!
Very knowledgeable staff with zero pressure to buy. Before going, I felt overwhelmed at the amount of shoes and had no idea which to buy. They simplified everything and helped me find the right running shoe with confidence. I didn't get the name of the person who helped me, but she was great.
Excellent service and advice from the saleswoman when I went into this store. There was no pressure to buy. They didn’t have my size in the trainers she recommended and I like the look of (half sizes) so I said I’d go on their online store. They have been delivered really quickly. I have plantar fasciitis and a disc prolapse in my back so getting the right shoes is crucial.
The service I received from Up and Running for a new pair of trainers was excellent. The lady that helped me identified the best type of trainers for me and was very generous with her time demonstrating a strong knowledge whilst allowing me to try on lots of different shoes until I found the ones for me. Shops like these provide a service that online cannot (and was exactly the same price too!) Highly recommended

I don't often comment on reviews. But when its good it should be praised. Needed the right trainer being an amputee. Nathan and assistant were really helpful, and have helped me choose well and now enables me to walk without my stick. Respect.
Great staff in those shop who are more than happy to spend time to find the right kit for you with no pressure to buy. Dog friendly also! Happy to recommend them.
Bought a pair of running shoes yesterday for my 66yo brother as he was desperated for a new pair. However, this is the most depressing up & running shop I've ever been. Staff are miserable, death stare and not a smile on display. We would have gone elsewhere if it wasn't for the gait analysis
