Seems like everytime I come here I have to queue for 10 minutes only to be told that my prescription hasn't been made up yet. It's usual to be asked to wait for 15minutes more or come back tomorrow. Yesterday was no exception. I changed pharmacy and have no regrets even though it involves more travel.

Having used the pharmacy last weekend to get my flu lab I am surprised with the negative reviews. Whilst not suggesting other comments are not justified in their own experiences the service and friendliness I experienced was excellent. Often a visit to a pharmacy is due to illness, pain or condition so tensions can be high so any issue at the time can generate negative attitude but my visit was a good one, hence my feedback

Just been in to collect a prescription thats been sent electronically by my doctor , to be told itll be 48 hours before I can collect it . Its not a repeat prescription , and it was in stock ? The doctor wanted me to try this for 48 hours and then get back in touch if it didnt work , if I cant collect it Ill be next week before I can try something else . Contacted my gp they pinged it to me and iv been elsewhere and collected no problem ! If i could have given less stars I would !

Went to collect a prescription for my elderly mother who was in considerable pain to be told their pharmacist had gone home late afternoon due to an emergency and they couldn’t hand out any prescriptions. Ok these things happen, incredibly frustrating when it’s late in the day and you need the prescription straight away. So off l went to station pharmacy and relayed the situation about Penketh pharmacy- only to be told this is the 7th time it’s happened in the last month. Lloyds Pharmacy you are attached to a doctors surgery - get your act together - this is totally unacceptable

Used to be a great place but has really taken a massive nose dive over past few months - often a very long wait (just to get to till to tell them why you are there - that not including wait for prescriptions to be prepared). Multiple occasions have had issue with prescriptions - ex. medication not being ordered in despite dropping off pres. a week prior. Really needs some sorting out.

They never have your prescription ready. Even if you go the day after it is due. A recent prescription that they have had for over a week has not been ready on 2 seperate visits. Whilst trying to collect the prescription on a Saturday morning I waited in a queue for 20 minutes to be told that it again wasn't ready. Asked to come back in the afternoon as the Pharmacist wasn't doing prescriptions whilst sorting out stock. What chemist doesn't do prescriptions on a Saturday morning so they can check stock. If something like that needs doing then get someone else in. Poor management.
