I was very impressed by the service I received from Amelia at Elite Pharma. She was very helpful in making sure I could obtain stock for the next day. She got back to me promptly and gave me all the information I needed for a successful sale.
ordered a prescription through faces consent. all paid for Inc next day delivery to then receive a text to say its out of stock. they said they were expecting a delivery the following day and would let me know. 2 days later expected delivery it's still out of stock. even said they did have a delivery on the Tuesday but it wasn't enough. they are still advertising as in stock even though it is not! my client was actually due in on Wednesday. item should have arrived on Tuesday so at the moment my client is on hold as to when I can offer my services which is disgraceful and looks very unprofessional on my part! luckily my client is understanding but it's not the point. this is the 2nd time I've ordered from this pharmacy and both times there has been an issue with stock. I will never use this pharmacy again
Horrible customer service & rude. Paid next day delivery for item that is apparently not in stock & sent tracking number for a parcel that does not exist. Has lost me money from my business & reflected horribly on me from my clients. There seems to be multiple poor reviews like this & others who have shared a similar experience. Maybe the 'pharmacy' should be productive & actually sort this out. Business hours says it closes at 6pm but at 5.30 phone lines are closed. Will never order again
I had to rearrange my client twice due to ordering a POM from Elite direct pharma this will now reflect badly on my business. I ordered next day delivery and received dispatch notification and tracking number to then be informed it was out of stock. I received an update 5 days later to inform me it would be back in stock the next day. Now 1 week later it is still not dispatched, I’ve contacted via phone and they are out of stock again. Will not use again!

James was amazed by as always prompt with sorting prescription out. Had some issues making payment and missed cut off but they still got it out on next day for me. Used Elite a few times and would recommend.

The second time I’ve had absolutely shocking service here. Ist time order didn’t turn up and then after chasing it up it arrived with items missing. This last time really struggled getting an invoice either by email or hard copy. I paid for next day delivery and it turned up a day late with no reason other than they buggered up at their end again. James you need to get this together, it’s turning into a very stressful experience ordering aesthetics from you which is a shame because you put a lot of effort and focus into this initially. If only you could run this as efficiently as your training academy.?
